Marseilles and its "vieux port" (old port)

We will tour the genuine and magical heart of a mythical city: the oldest city of France founded by Greek sailors and called Massalia 600 years Before Christ.

Avignon, its « Palais des Papes » and its festival

Avignon, in the Provence region, was the head of the Papacy during the 16th century and remained under the pontifical authority until its attachment to France in 1791. It’s one of the few French cities that kept its ramparts, in the center of which stands the “Palais des Papes”, one of the biggest gothic buildings of the Middle Ages. Avignon provides an unrivaled wealth of history (Doms’ rock, Avignon’s bridge…) and hosts the largest theater festival in the world (more than 1000 shows in 2018). We will be in Avignon right on time for the launching of the 73th edition of the festival!

Les Baux-de-Provence and Séguret

Respectively located in the Bouches-du-Rhône and the Vaucluse departments, these 2 villages were awarded with the “most beautiful village in France” label. Les Baux-de-Provence is more touristic and Séguret more peaceful, but both reflect in their own way the Provence patrimony where traditional housing (little streets, raw-stone houses) respects and matches its natural environment. Both areas enjoy an exceptional amount of sunshine which is perfect for their vineyards.
